Rental conditions

– No disorderly conduct, loud music or pets are allowed anytime of the day or night
– Smoking is prohibited
– Animals or pets are not allowed
– No food or drinks of any sort are in the pool premises
– No wet towels or artiche of clothing are to be hung out to dry on the balcony railings

– Mandatory Security deposit: 400.00 EUR (Security deposit must be paid by Credit card or Cash on spot the arrival day)

Policies and requirement

–  50 % of the total amount is required to confirm and finalize the reservation
– Payment of balance is expected on spot on the day of the arrival in cash or with a Bank transfer/Credit card 21 days upon arrival.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

– Cancellation occurs less than 90 Days to arrival day : 30 % of total amount of reservation is due.
– Between 89 and 46 Days : 50 % of total amount of reservation.
– Between 45  and 22 Days : 70 % of total amount of reservation.
– Between 21 Days and the date of entry in the place : 100 % of total amount of reservation.
– 100 % of the reservation charge will be retained in the case a customer does No Show up
