Check In / Check Out Rules

Deposit of Guarantee : € 5.000,00 cash or credit card given back at check out

The customer must give up the property and its contents in the same state of cleanliness, condition, and decoration as it was when he checked in. Trash must be carried out, and dishes washed and left in the dishwasher. Checkout time is at 11.00 am. The customer must confirm his departure date with our colleague on site by calling her and arranging a final viewing of the apartment. Once she is reassured that that there are no damages, breakage or destruction of property, the security deposit will be refunded. You will be requested to return all the keys and gate opener, if applicable. If you fail to do so, a sum of € 150,00 will be retained from the security deposit.

No animals or pets are allowed.
