Wi-fi and air conditioning. Outside in the front a large covered patio with table and chairs in front of the pool and in the back an area reserved for a masonry barbecue with table and chairs. The pool is located in front of the villa on a large terrace where there are sun loungers and umbrella. Perfect for a relaxing stay, with the family, lots of sun and very close to the beach.

– No disorderly conduct, loud music, or parties are allowed anytime of the day or night
– Smoking on the villa is prohibited
– Animals or pets are not allowed
– No food or drinks of any sort are in the pool premises

– Check out rules : Until 10:00 Am
– Mandatory Security deposit: 1.000,00 EUR
– The customer must give up the property and its contents as it was when he checked in. Trash must be carried out, and dishes washed and left in the dishwasher. Otherwise, the amount of 50.00 EUR may be charged for extraordinary cleaning.
– The customer must confirm his departure hour with our colleague by calling him and arranging a final viewing of the villa. Once checked that there are no damages, breakage or destruction of property, the security deposit will be refunded.
– For each broken, damaged or lost set of keys an amount of 150.00 EUR will be charged.
