– Mandatory Security deposit: 1000.00 EUR
– The customer must give up the property and its contents as it was when he checked in. Trash must be carried out, and dishes washed and left in the dishwasher. Otherwise, the amount of 50.00 EUR may be charged for extraordinary cleaning.
– The customer must confirm his departure hour with our colleague by calling him and arranging a final viewing of the apartment. Once checked that there are no damages, breakage or destruction of property, the security deposit will be refunded.
– For each broken, damaged or lost set of keys an amount of 150.00 EUR will be charged
