Ikebana’s excellent location – at Ibiza’s best entertainment area – not far from Marina Botafoch is ideal for those who want to enjoy the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs of the popular yacht harbor district. The building is at walking distance from the scenic harbor strip – a real highlight – and from Ibiza’s Grand Hotel and it’s prestigious Spa. Hotel Pacha, Ibiza’s Casino, Cipriani Restaurant and some of the island’s legendary nightclubs, Heart, Lio and Pacha are also within reach. Ikebana is less than a 1 km away from both the Old City -a World Heritage Site- and Talamanca Beach and at a 9 km drive from Ibiza Airport.

The 85 square meter Red apartment on Ikebana’s 3th floor enjoys breathtaking views.  The tastefully furnished bright and airy apartment consists of a living room with a single pouf bed, plasma tv, two bedrooms, two bathrooms – one featuring a Hydro shower cabin –  home automation system and Wi-Fi. It has  a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and a laundry room area with washing machine.

Rental conditions

– No disorderly conduct, loud music or pets are allowed anytime of the day or night
– Smoking is prohibited
– Animals or pets are not allowed
– No food or drinks of any sort are in the pool premises
– No wet towels or artiche of clothing are to be hung out to dry on the balcony railings

– Check in rules : from 4:00 Pm till 9:00 Pm
  Late Check in:  between 9:00-11:00 pm > 30.00 EUR surcharge / after 11:30 Pm > 50.00 EUR surcharge

– Check out rules : Before 11:00 Am
  Late Check out: On request Before 1:00 Pm > 20.00 EUR surcharge / Before 2:00 Pm > 30.00 EUR  surcharge / Before 4:00 Pm > 50.00 EUR surcharge / Before 6:00 Pm > 100.00 EUR surcharge

– Mandatory Security deposit: 600.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid by Credit card or Cash on spot the arrival day

– The customer must give up the property and its contents as it was when he checked in. Trash must be carried out, and dishes washed and left in the dishwasher. Otherwise, the amount of 50.00 EUR may be charged for extraordinary cleaning.
– The customer must confirm his departure hour with our colleague by calling him and arranging a final viewing of the apartment. Once checked that there are no damages, breakage or destruction of property, the security deposit will be refunded.
– For each broken, damaged or lost set of keys an amount of 150.00 EUR will be charged.
– For each broken, damaged or lost parking control an amount of  200.00 EUR will be charged.

Policies and requirement

–  50 % of the total amount is required to confirm and finalize the reservation
– Payment of balance is expected on spot on the day of the arrival in cash or with a Bank transfer/Credit card 20 days upon arrival.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

– Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due. Between 50 and 30 Days : 70 % of total amount of reservation. Between 30 Days : 100 % of total amount of reservation.
– 100 % of the reservation charge will be retained in the case a customer does No Show up
